It wasn’t being unprofessional the reason for her friend outing them. It was for retaliation for not giving her heads up regarding her boses wrong doings. She wrongly felt that her bosses humiliation is hers as well. It is uncomfortable to date anyone in the work place. Usually, when it ends, one of the two has to leave to company, usually the girl.
yeah the girl will get intimidated by the jealosy of her realtionship. but as long as the boss keep the work fair and profesional and the workplace has no distracted with it, then there will be no scandal.

it is like woking with your child of course the boss will forgive more mistakes if its his child . the same with lovers . nobody is fair when you know somebody personally you automaticlly like and protect the person more . who will you save when 2 ppl are in danger and you know one and you don’t know the other person ? we claim we are professionals but we are not as soon as they get into a fight the climate gets awkward . and there is NO couple which never ever fight in this world

But still we have to put our performance above even our family relation. our jealousy and prejudice is what truly a hindrance for company. i write this for the boss also, if they have to give a warning or fire yout family or lover because they make mistake according to the company policy then you still have to do that. That is why i said seperate work and personal matter is important.
but it is easier said than done. imagine you are the boss of your sister or cousin and she did something wrong would you fire her when she has a family and kids and your own family would be angry because she lost her job and needs to pay her rent. I agree with you that they should act legally but in reality there are always emotions involved . And we all know we can’t control emotion at least not as much as we want to.

In today’s world we have to be sensitive to everyone and some people may be okay with it but if there is one that is not, you have a problem. So most companies do not allow managers to supervise a spouse, family members, or friends. They may work in other departments.

After watching Because this is my first life and jugglers maybe us especially women becoming insecure about marriage, because both the ex-wife of the series really great and have a good personality but the divorce still happen… that is the most thing i dislike in BTIMFL and Jugglers, how can they take divorce with such an easy mindset not because they have a big mistake as a cause. i really dislike it.
