i believe he wasn’t in the pool when she came in. she was walking in towards the far end, then he came up behind her from where she also came in. He probably went out for a bit, to pee or something haha. the real question is why she didn’t hear him? but i haven’t spent a lot of time in pools lol so maybe it isn’t noticeable when someone else wades in

Even though she likes shihyun, she’s herself, she doesn’t try to maintain a good image to kindle his affection more.

Shihyun’s dad is honestly so cringe-y with his love line. he’s a robot to everyone except his first love… i honestly wouldn’t want someone who’s only good to me but bad to the rest of the world…

honestly, i feel like soo ji is such a hypocrite, like when shi hyun tries to show her affection and she doesn’t want it but then when she’s lonely and has no one, she wants him to be there for her. I also feel kind of bad for se joo because you can tell he likes soo ji cause he has those moments where he sees shi hyun and soo ji together and he’s sad :(((

its not that she’s hypocritical – she’s just has a lot of emotional scars. She both craves love and at the same time is scared of intimacy because it means being vulnerable to someone else. She’s been hurt by people she’s trusted before – that teacher, ki young, even her mom – to the point where she doesn’t trust love or emotions will stop people from leaving her so she doesn’t allow anyone to get close to her in any real way.
With all those riches, you’d think they would have something better to do than play this hurtful game. Yea, I know, hurt people hurt people and misery loves company etc. Karma, don’t wait too long. These kids need a dose of their own medicine. In a way, it’s already happening to them.
