wow. unbelievable. one of the best dramas i’ve watched. this drama is very underrated and besides the ratings, in my opinion, this is a drama that should be in the same category as goblin. the ost’s, the acting, plot, everything. i don’t think i’ve cried this much. this will be an unforgettable one.
Love Yoo Jin Oh from Reply 1998 and totally love how he doesn’t disappoint and have this opportunity to be second lead alongside my biggest idol, Se Ju. <3

Could anyone explain the ending? Like I’m confused about where Yoo Jinoh ended up. I have a few guesses about it but I’m not sure if I really understood it. Was it a parallel universe? Someone care to explain?
I love how the drama had added such an important message to it.
Even though many of us who are watching this here may not be affected by the history of SK, remembering those who had sacrificed their lives for freedom is important and we should never take it for granted.
With that being said, it’s incredibly sad to see that this drama is not viewed by many in its home country where the message and topic is extremely relevant and exactly where the message was directed.
Everything about this drama made it an amazing watch. From the acting to the music, to the scriptwriting.
Every time i saw the portrait with the shades on I literally lol! The smiles came so often; the tree of them dancing swing in the past, the often times Se Ju told Jin Oh he was going to kill him, but the best part was the endearing friendship that lasted lifetimes…If only I could be so lucky in just one of my lifetimes. ;)
Loved every minute of this series. Will be listening to several of the ost’s for a long time. Bravo!! and thank you!!

Chicago Typewriter is by far my favourite drama of all, I think nothing can compare to it. It’s just on another level. A piece of art.
