  1. dutchessdioji says:

Now I’m beginning to wonder if there’s something wrong with the son also. It seems like he may be fighting some demons too. If so, the father has been grooming him to be just like him from childhood. Idk, but I hope I’m wrong.

    • Chahida says:

Same! I really hope he doesnt end up like his father, but I dont think so, I’m pretty sure he’ll turn out as a good man :)

    • Sarah says:

I think the son has been taught to repress all his emotions so he appears like he’s like his dad in front of people so he doesn’t get in trouble, but I think he’s actually really sweet and cares about people (ex. Stepping in front of her from getting hit, loving his little sister, walking the girl home)

      • DyingtobeinKorea says:

I think she meant the other kid the weird one that was late to have supper with them in the previous episode

        • Sarah says:

Ohhhhhh, idk he seems like he’s dealing with issues but is actually really emotional and not like the dad especially seeing as he walk his sister home. I think that’s why he said the other son is the only ones he’s proud of, that son shows too many emotions

          • DyingtobeinKorea says:

I think anyone who lives with that kind of parent would have emotional problems and instability but it doesn’t make them a psychopath. The other kid the fake idiot stupid brother the one that the sister drew in the picture as “stupid” on the other hand is psycho

          • MoonShine🍄 says:

I don’t think he’s a psychopath, the brother has problems but definitely not psycho, I think he’s acting tough because he’s really weak and broken in the inside because he feels like no one cares about him, he’s emotional and he bullies kids to feel better about himself and he definitely didn’t mean it when he said I don’t care if the boy died( the bullying scene).
I’m still confused though, are the three kids real siblings and the psycho dad and his wife are their adoptive parents?!

          • DyingtobeinKorea says:

Yeah It was meant as a figure of speech “psycho” not as in psychopath lol I know the older brother is just an angry kid.
As for how the siblings work, Moowon is from the first wife his last name is Gil ? Namoo 2nd wife and the Chae Sojin which is the little sister has her mom’s name so I think she is from Okhee’s (restaurant server + wife) previous marriage. Should make more sense.Only Namoo has Jaehee as a real father. When he grows up he takes his stepmom’s last name Chae Dojin

Better? cuz during the news clip while Namoo was in the cop class they mentioned that Yoon Heejae (murderer) was married 4 times

          • MoonShine🍄 says:

Wow, that cleared up every thing, thank you, what confused me is that the dad told the little girl that’s it’s been two years when they were eating togther, and Namoo said his real mother died 2 years ago, so I thought they were from the same mom, but you’re explaintion made everything clear, now it’s clear why the older brother told the mom, other women treated me this way too, wow you’re really observant👍🏻

          • DyingtobeinKorea says:

The young man playing Namoo, Nam Dareum is a fantastic actor, I have seen practically everything he has done, so whenever he has a new gig I watch intensely.(except radio romance that was awful lol) This show is quite complex, every little detail has been carefully pieced together. I cannot wait for more :)

          • MoonShine🍄 says:

Aaah I see, he’s a really good actor and I know now why he looks familiar, this drama is fascinating I just watched episode 4 and it’s great, it reminded me of Tunnel which is my all time favorite drama, now I can’t wait for next episodes.
Also I like how this drama picked similar looking actors for the throwback, it feels so real for me how the young actors look like they really grew up to what they are now.

          • DyingtobeinKorea says:

Well Tunnel was based on the actual first serial murders in Korea :Hwaseong serial murders” Not the going back in time but the actual story of the murders. . I did like that drama as well . Na Dareum was in Just Between Lovers, While you were sleeping, The King in Love, Bad Thief, Good Thief, Goblin, Entourage, Mirror of The Witch, ,Memory, Six Flying Dragons, Pinocchio
            I can keep going lol

          • MoonShine🍄 says:

That’s impressive, he’s really talented and he’s only 16, hoping one day we’ll see him as the lead.

        • Sarah says:

          AT LEAST I HOPE

  2. JustMe says:

Yesterday, i said the father was disgusting and evil. Today, Im adding sick. He needed medical council. No one is naturally sane like that. Geeze louise he gives me the creeps. Also, nak wons family is too unrealistically sweet. Yall just setting up the table for the storm arent you?

  3. solove says:

i’m happy we get to see that the main lead won’t turn out like his psychotic dad. i’m upset that being sweet and kind is thought of as weak & pathetic to the dad though.

the blossoming friendship between the two leads is precious. i’m so happy she’s so straightforward and bubbly bc he seems to be drawn to her bc she is like that. the atmosphere in the drama is overall chilling, but the sweet moments are really nice to pay attention to.

  4. drama lover says:

    Wow so creepy
I mean one familly is so sweet no Wonder he’ll fall in love with her it’s realy a miracle that he didn’t endup psychopath as his father
P.s is her bother okay i mean the way he worried about her is strange to me

  5. DyingtobeinKorea says:

I really want to know this idiot’s relationship to Namoo and the murdering father, it seemed like they were related yesterday but in a weird way. The younger sister didn’t feel like she was related to anyone but Namoo https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/01078690d7de13dddb1facbd3112df049b7cdf45d1ca800f1c1cd67b132c8ab0.png

    • ISK says:

From the drama I undershoot that this guy and namoo are real brother. Their father remarried that restaurant lady and they now have a child. Which is the little girl.

  6. dori!! says:

    why this show so good

  7. paradox.of.fate says:

They were so cute together. Both kind souls and she may have been the only thing that changed his outlook in life?

  8. Kazmonia says:

I hate the father so much omg he’s such a psycho. I feel like the eldest son is also a psycho. The other family is so nice like just let namoo be with them. Loving this drama but also so annoyed with the crazy dad

    • paradox.of.fate says:

At least the other brother showed concern for his sister? Hopefully that’s a sign he hasn’t turned completely dark?

    • Miss-Gaara Rose says:

I dont think he is psycho like his father at all. All the siblings know what he is and are tip toeing around it. They all deal with differently, for instance the oldest being a bully while the lead is wearing emotionless mask and youngest is outright terrified of him. Also like paradox.of.fate said, he did make sure his little sister was safe following her to her mother. If anyone is giving psycho vibes its the brother of the heroine, like the way he was talking about killing someone made he think he has dark past.

  9. dutchessdioji says:

I watched this RAW earlier today. Now that it has been subbed, it’s a little late in the evening and I don’t want to watch this drama just before going to sleep. I’m going to watch this during the day. This is the type of drama to give me nightmares. Damn creepy.

  10. WeroNoYume says:

    Oh my god
think about how scary it must be for that psycho kids to live with him
that’s so sad!! They know it, but they’re too scared to do anything or they don’t know how they can do something because they don’t have the proofs they’re trapped!

  11. Isabella says:

The young protagonists are so good! I really enjoy their acting. This ep showed a bit of Hyun Moo’s soft side by walking his sister to her the restaurant. It also showed how he feels like an outcast.

  12. just a fan says:

    Creepy show indeed.
The awkward silence scenes gives me the chill every once and while…
But the scene under the tree ??? I always get wet under a tree but in dramas its safe :^(

  13. he reminds me of the white bear from we bare bear

  14. Blenda Caetano says:

I’m getting vibes from the webtoon Bastard in this drama, both parents are soooo creepy
