Woah I swear this drama is lit. I’m feeling with all characters – and I’m hating the villains so far. Good job! Keep it up! And thanks for the subs!!

So I’m thinking the stem cell research is cloning, hence the name duel (war between 2 persons). Maybe they started the stem cell hoping to eliminate the need for the illegal organ harvesting? Anyways, really enjoying the show and cant wait til the nest one! ;)

I feel more like back in 1994 that reporters mum was working on stem cell research and maybe some of them went off the tracks and created a clone (the twin who doesn’t remember anything). The bad twin probably suffered a lot and is now out to get revenge on the stem cell researchers (Notice how he abducted the girl going for stem cell treatment but last time we saw her she was actually being looked after, he hasn’t done anything to her despite being super evil looking towards the people he kills). The reporters mum probably realised what they were doing is wrong and so she hid that document and wouldn’t tell her daughter of her past.

I came to this drama with high expectations because Orphan Black follows a similar theme and I think that series is genius. This hasn’t dissapointed so far.

Sweet, thanks for the referral. Always looking for another worthwhile drama to watch. After I finished the episode, I’m still questioning myself. They dont age, seems that they all have had organs swapped, but just cant put my finger on it yet.
I agree with ya on the nurse, but I think the “darkside” twin is trying to recover all the duplicates to retrieve the necessary organs for him to stay alive. Like they mentioned clones die early. Both of the guys had chest pain? Wonder how many they created? At least 3 because the dog fighting dude killed one and we have seen the “twins”… This series I continue to look forward to.

I’ve just finished ep4. Yeah my theories changed a bit now. I think the guy he killed maybe the original? And is that the guy in the picture? I’m still not convinced the evil clone is purely evil. He gives of a ‘revenge’ kind of feeling. He is clearly trying to stay alive though….so many questions. I’m seriously impressed so far though. If it follows a similar theme to orphan Black then I’m presuming the clones were created to act as ‘farms’ to collect organs for donation.

As for them not aging – thats not wholly true. When the good twin heard someone clling his name it was a childs voice. It makes sense that the guy thought they didn’t age because he killed the guy 24 years ago and the clones were made then. As clones they only live to around 20-25 before they start to die which is why they are both ill….It is seriously giving off Orphan Black vibes and I am loving it.

          • paradox.of.fate says:

Hahaha, very sharp! Forgot the child’s voice! Thought similar with the farming of organs, but still not sure who is the original because the good twin remembered his name and is starting to recall earlier memories? But I’m standing with ya…well worth the watch. Now to watch Orphan Black between the waiting. lol

          • Dandelion&Burdock says:

Orphan Blacks an American one. I think they are both clones because they are both dying. I’m thinking the guy in the picture is the original but I’m not sure who he is just yet – he looks like a scientist though. The dog fight guy is interesting too – what role does he have in it?

          • paradox.of.fate says:

I’m thinking he’s a Doctor, remember he sewed his arm up and it felt natural? We will see soon I hope. lol

          • Letícia Moreira says:

            Amazing theories

          • paradox.of.fate says:

Sesame Street taught us imagination early. lol
