local server doesn’t work with certain networks. you can try once with google chrome if that doesn’t work then it won’t work for internet network you are using. if you have any different network provider other than the one you’re using like broadband or different mobile network then you can try switching the network. if you don’t have any other network than the one you are using right now it won’t work for you.
only other option is using openload which I know have pop up ads, little slow to load but that’s the only help I can give you. thanks.
