Why hasn’t this woman taught her children to NOT go anywhere with strangers and to not wander off by themselves? Why doesn’t this kid have a cell phone? With all their money surely he can be trusted to have one… He’s 10…plenty old enough not to wander off and not follow a stranger in view of what they’re eluding to with the little girl being taken away by a stranger.
