I would go for his dad TTTTT I thought Grizzly is involved with those bag guys and I think I skipped a bit last ep but seemed like Grizzly was trying to strangle someone?
Great series! They keep it rolling and do it with flair! So glad they made the conman intelligent.
Btw, remembering his father as a child, isn’t the same man who sell the popcorn? Is it possible the identical twins were seperated? One ended up with the mother and the other ended up with the father that was a conman?

a big yes!!! having come face to face with someone sooooo freaking similar to my face is an anomaly itself that i’d want a dna test pronto!!!! positive-negative i’d still investigate the why’s, how’s, when’s, who’s, what’s, where’s…heck the freaking history of the universe if need be hehehe… ok that’s over
Theory: Grizzly is after the big dog, the old ahjussi…the guy he’s working for…cause he., the oldest ahjussi, has the money to control the world..Grizzly is still a cop but has been working ‘for years undercover working his way to the top’ ..the total opposite of the young cutie con man….
that’s one interesting theory. would be cool if he’s like that, but the fact tht he ordered to kill jeon soo just shows, he has gone to the other side.
Touche’. Yet he could also save him at the last minute or another turn of events could happen to circumvent his death. As of course we know it will cause why would they kill off the lead in a drama if he’s not causing public scandals irl. lol The thug with the kill order is being very inept at completing the order to kill and we know in dramaland, they do unseen flashbacks of clandestine conversations which explains the mysteries surrounding the plots. aka Ah ha! moments. lol
So is the conman’s father alive? Isn’t it the same guy selling popcorn? If so, could he have staged his death and been the “Grizzly” or even become the grizzly after he survived? Just don’t know what his connection is yet?
yeah it’s so suspicious that conman’s father is alive, and KNOWS about his sons’ whereabout, job to the point of which department and even oh ha na, YET the son(s) seem to have no idea about him for 20 years! and there’s someone reporting to him too, so the father isn’t acting alone, or seems to have a bigger plan.
but i doubt he is the ‘Grizzly’ since his past con action seems to be righteous.
maybe the old ahjusshi/’Grizzly’ is the one who attempted to kill the father (in the flashback) and ex det tried to help him somehow.
on a side note, just so hard to imagine ex-det (the ultimate villain in I can hear your voice) to be a good guy. xD
It’s kinda confusing…Sa Do Chan / Baek Joon Soo had a flashback where he saw the ex det during the time he learned of the name Grizzly… but it does seem like it was a cross of his memories…maybe it’s the old guy who’s really Grizzly…cause with the amount of time that’s passed, the ex det would have been too young to be the guy in the flashback but the old dude would have been the appropriate age.
aside from some plot holes – i LOVE the story telling!! the way it’s unfolding (the guessing game, the suspense) makes one get hooked for sure and so here i am hoping it’s Wednesday already.. sigh…

He is indeed alive. I’m so confused as well why would he leave his son alone TTTT might be coz he knew DC would be in danger if he stayed with him TTT
So either Grizzly helped him faking it and is the one who protected him last time with the arm or his dad protected him with a gang .
