Why exactly do you think that Rin was out of line and needs to be put to death? He was protecting the Crown Prince so that matters wouldn’t get worse, although they did becuz that was the Kings intention all along. How is it selfish to love someone and not want anyone else wanting them too? I said his behavior was out of line when he was cleaning off homegirls wound on her head. She said herself that she knows the CP is the one who protected her even when she didn’t know. Just because he wasn’t there physically doesn’t mean anything. It was his plans that out everyone to action. I tend not to like these triangle love stories. When they have them I always go with the CP. The friend always seems so weak and annoying. Just like in Ruler: Master of the Mask. I didn’t like the girl who was the third wheel and I really did want her dead and she died?I didn’t like her “I’ll do anything for you and then you’ll see no one is better for you, only meeeere!!!!” ?Ugh.
Um I ‘m confused now lol she knows now that Rin was the one protecting her even when she didn’t know, not the Prince. Rin was the one following her for the last 7 years, he even knew her true identity. The Prince only just met her so how was he protecting her all along until recently? Anyway I hate love triangles, they are stupid and make the story shitty. As for Ruler well, that story fizzled out after ep 4, I kept watching cuz I like Seungho. I love historical dramas, but based on truth not like Sassy go go whatever that was I dropped it after ep 6 BORING and annoying. Then again as I said before we all have diff opinion, and mine is an opinion of a woman who has seen much drama with men and women. Draggy storylines make me wanna punch the tv. Let’s hope this show gets a proper ending and the King dies painfully :)

Somewhere I saw Lin and it sounds like their saying that but I’d have to see it in hanguel and somewhere it was translated Rin. I guess he could be called sidekick friend because that’s the traditional role. The only friend the CP ever had?Lol Seems like I just watched another with the same line. I’m like do they ever have a friend who is not their personal bodyguard who they grow up with?

At that time it seems to be common that a person who serves the king/emperor was not supposed to want what the king wanted because he’s the king.
