This definitely needs a season 2. Best ending for all the Kdrama’s I’ve watched this year!!!

  7. Josepha-Michal Walker says:

    Meh

  8. Meaks says:

Kind of disappointed in the end. In her husbands next life he chose a different family, a prettier wife, money… nope. I don’t want him.

    • JadedForeignDramasAngel says:

Yes, that was pretty shady of the writing team to make the outside beauty ‘win’…I was disgusted by it. The way it was it was as if the chubby couple’s love was not really true and honorable..as if he’d have left his family if he could have a miracle wish come true…made hims seem very shallow and superficial…And to have the wife become a groveling, sniveling mess was even moreso deplorable…

As if she had no self esteem or trust that she was worthy of chubby hubby’s love…disappointed at that…it should have been done better.

    • Elveol says:

      I dont agree.

  9. Sugamasta says:

I’ll miss this drama, the cast and Jongin so much :((

  10. Elveol says:

Some dont agree with the ending. But you just dont see the point. It was the best scenario can be. It implies that Song hyun chul with the memories of both will choose the obvious life for both families. He loved the pretty wife because he became a person he supposed to be with the help of two Hyun chul’s memories.

And then, when their lives rewinded, the memories of two Hyun chul’s remained resulting to a same person (he became the better version of the two hyun chul). A caring father and husband the he was always supposed to be.

It’s not a matter of who should hyun chul choose to love, even if he said he loved his pretty wife, he still chose to go back time to prevent his other wife from dying.
See the picture? It’s the best choice there is.

In the end, he still succeeded in protecting his two families.

    • JadedForeignDramasAngel says:

It implies that the both the old SHC’s were not sufficient and that they both would have chosen the white collar pretty wife…once mixed together…leaving the blue collar pretty wife alone… and lonely..and having to start over…

Your spin is cute and goes along with how the writing team tried to doctor their tale up to make it acceptable but it wasn’t…it still boils down to leaving the spiritual SHC’s wife out in the cold ….Nope…wrong just wrong on all accounts….

You’re right they HAD to backpedal and make everything go back to where it was and leave the memories so that the humans could fix their problems rather than the ‘deities’…AND to fix the moral issues they created with the whole one man’s spirit in another man’s body and sharing one man between two women fiasco.

  11. Oh Hae Young 's Fan says:

I really loved the ending and Kai’s dancing as well!

  12. Blake Jackson says:

Ehhhh, well. In the end, reversing time was really the “best ending”. At this point, I just wanted the original Song Hyun Chul’s family to have happiness after an endless drama of suffering and I got it. Granted it may seem as if Hyun Chul chose the better life in his 3rd life, though, technically, he chose to disappear and give his memories to the Banker Song Hyun Chul to prevent both tragedies from occurring. Annnddd of course Sung Moo’s relevance in this plot was non-existant and he didn’t even matter in the end, nor did his relationship with Hye Jin and search for his birth mother amount to anything….cool I guess…

Well, Kai’s dancing scene was cute…that and Original Hyun Chul’s happy ending is enough for me
