I think people like Yang Chon,Sang Su need to loosen up a bit rather than be all jealousy about it.

To me,his wife need to understand the husband,he already had the toughest job yet he had to come back & tend the shop to earn more money.
Shouldn’t the police has some sort of policies that able to help their officers some benefit like extra income or something that will benefit their families.

I don’t think Yang Chon has ever beaten his children,so his children is lucky enough with that temper of Yang Chon.In Reality,what Yang Chon needed the most is care from someone,someone who he can talk to beside talking about work related stuff.
I believe the juniors still need a lot to learn,not talking behind people back.
I don’t understand the logic behind who has to take the penalty. Why do they have to put forward their personal situations to decide a work related issue. The one who’s wrong should be punished for being wrong, if they are all wrong they should all receive the punishment.
Because it’s a loss if all of them get punished. Since the punishment is a pay reduction it only makes sense that the person who is most capable of living with it should take it. Plus no one was entirely wrong.
