This epi was pretty self explanatory…just with the few common phrases and common sense you can understand it…watch it if you’re really too sad to wait. lol

Looking at the comments from the 1st ep everyone seems to like this drama but I feel like something is missing
I agree they are super cute but I feel that the writing is not really good, their relationship seems a bit flat, not in terms of affection toward each other (good point for that) but more in terms of feelings. I didn’t feel the feelings getting build on each side, I mean what we got for that part was them in slowmo laughing with each other 3 or 4 times ?! For me it just felt like they were still acting like noona and cute little brother enjoying an evening drinking outside (btw also got annoyed by all the drinking parts; don’t know why, it felt it was the same scenario over and over, they could have gone walking or do other usual drama stuff)
They should have shown a better transition into her seeing him as a grown up man (come on you have the perfect actor for that ;)). Maybe they went too fast and then it feels a bit weird, I know they are in love and everything but because there was no build up, it feels like its a bit of just playing around (not even properly saying they love each other and they are already in bed…)
In the end, I am not that much into their relationship as I was for the drama Witch’s Romance (also an age gap drama with even more gap 39-25)
Part of me wants to continue watching it, the other part feels a bit bored, and knowing they got together this fast means they are soon going to have to deal with lots of problems, am I ready for this, hmm :/

This is a 16 episode drama. Ep 4 represents 25% of the total drama. This should settle the introduction and bring out the wrinkles that will move the story forward and increase the pace of the storytelling. I think the writer of this has a good grip on where he or she is going with it. Their challenges are already apparent: the social pressures of a romance between an older woman and a younger man (particularly from her friend, the older sister), the sexual harassment issues with her direct supervisor (could affect her job security) the disfunctional relationship of Jin Ya’s parents (her Dad is not adjusting well to retirement) and of course, the troubles brewed by her ex- boyfriend. I expect, too, more romances. Notice that there are three single ladies and there are abut 3-4 single men surrounding our two main leads. Expect that these next episodes will deal with their coming out as a couple. Then the trouble will begin. I suspect, if you stick around, this drama will not disappoint. Son Ye Jin chooses her films and drama vehicles very well.

Yeah exactly what I was saying, I’m not saying its bad, but things were build up too fast and now you’ll have 75% of the drama that will be around struggles
I did not feel any attachment to them why should I watch them suffer ?
Well as I like the lead actor I’ll probably watch it but I already know I’ll skip some parts

        • Chatelaineces says:

I think this drama is well made and well paced. I am happy at least you find the actor fleshing out Joo Hee worth the watch.

    • Sindy Springer says:

Something is missing for me also

    • paradox.of.fate says:

lol When it gets that way for me I just delay watching it like “Tempted”. There really was a lack of romance it’s almost leaning towards lustful rather than romantic? Imo these types tend to crash and burn just as fast at it all happened? The whole while I’m concerned she will end up pregnant then they all will be forced into dealing with this relationship. (Dare I say?)

      • Pimy27 says:

Hmm I would say even “Tempted” was better on that part bc at least you had the part where he was showing off trying to “tempt” her lol (which they should have put more of, it was pretty funny) – then it was quick (well, in the end, adapted to the overall pace of the drama xD) but still a bit of construction in their relationship (not like “hey lets share an umbrella … come at my place tmrw ?” lol)
I kind of want to watch the eps now to see if your prediction was true ahah xD

        • paradox.of.fate says:

Lmao ,I already forgot what my prediction was. hahaha By far my fave drama right now (and probably for the year) is suits. Love the chemistry with the Attorney and his Assoc. Two peas in a pod. lol But I’ve been at least enjoying a few others too. Now I have to go back and see what the hell I wrote. hahaha

  6. Day6.Got7.Jjang says:

  8. joe says:

when are the subs coming ouuuuut?

  9. 알라라 says:

the thing I saw like instantly was that he (as an actor I think) didn’t know what to do with his hands when he lifted her up lol

  10. 알라라 says:

“I can’t stand up because I have a foot cramp” I literally laughed the ugliest laugh ever

  11. Brooke gg says:

i love how natural they are, this is the third time watching this episode, without subs, with recaps and now with subs and i always notice new things about the way they are with each other, its so real. Like at 0:31:55 when she leans on the counter when their in the kitchen after his sister said she wanted to set her up. The way his eyes follow her up and down when she leaned on the counter never leaving her was so natural, i had to repeat it. Even at 18 min part before she went was going back to her house and they kissed a few times and didn’t want to leave.just beautiful

  12. paradox.of.fate says:

The joy and happiness that they enjoy brings a big smile and yet I find myself anxious waiting for something to happen that would breakdown that happiness. UGH!

  13. Iwan Ridwan says:

the same with temperature of love…
only pure romance genre, it is typical drama for woman only especially those who are fond of romanticisme

  14. goGRLambition says:

OMG, the subbers came through for me!!

  15. Athena Gliddon says:

In a lot of ways, this is the best drama I have seen for capturing what it is like to be in a real relationship. So many times the scenes reminded me forcefully of my own relationships. I have never wept tears from nostalgia until this drama.

  16. DyingtobeinKorea says:

@paradoxoffate:disqus did they mention anywhere how old Joonhee is supposed to be compared to Jina? In the show she is 35 and Kyungsun is older becuz she calls her unni (real life age is 38), so how old are the boys?? Seungho, Jina’s brother in “real” life is 26 and Joonhee (Haein) is 30 So how old are they and why does it even matter smfh
