I wonder if the male character dies tragically in the ending as in the movie.. because it seriously feels like a tragic melodrama rn. After she heard about the bet, I truly don’t think there will be a happy ending anymore. Or maybe they will use the “accident – pity” card, or wouldnt be surprised if Truck of Doom appears.
It was expected, as Valmont (the protagonist) dies at the end of “Liaisons Dangereuses” (Dangerous Liaisons). So, Kwon Shi-hyun will surely die, probably by his rival/enemy: Lee Ki-young
If this ending will be quite similar to Cruel Intentions then I can imagine Se-Joo fighting with Si-Hyun on the street, Tae-Hee trying to stop them, accidentally falling in front of Soo-Ji’s speeding car and Si-Hyun sacrificing himself and dying because of the car accident……..But naaah, that’s probably not gonna happen
I agree, it isn;t dangerous enough because we don’t see any of them being really hurt. Even Tae Hee doesn’t actually getting hurt [which is why I like her even if that doesn’t correlate to the story.]
I knew this is heading the wrong direction when I saw those sweet scenes… They always give us something “too good to be true” or “too good to last long” and then ruin us with a big cliff-hanger. OMG.
I feel like he’ll leave to USA n leave her with that misunderstanding ! But she will find out that his feelings towards her were so real from his block note…. And then 6 months later or maybe 1 year they will make up…. hehe
SJoo doesn’t make sense: he’s telling SH that he should have let SooJi like him and like her back. What? How about you ask SooJi to let YOU like her and that SHE likes you back then if it’s that easy? SooJi is so rude to him and abuses him. SJoo is sick and their relationships are very toxic & sickening lol
So far only SH has made some progress after meeting TH.

Si Hyun will probably find out what happened, punch Se Joo or whatever, then try to talk to Tae Hee. That probably won’t work so then he’s off to the US, then a time skip will happen to see how much they’ve grown and whatever happens from there, happens. Unless they stick to the original ending and he dies.
Also, shoutout to Hye Jeong for finally standing up for herself. I actually do enjoy her character. Go be happy boo

TH never befriend any of them, never interact alone except with SH and Se Joo want to blame Tae Hee,
telling it to TH will not mend the relationship because she doesn’t even hold SH back, their friendship was never her problem.
