How about the fact that the companies in question say that they have the exclusive rights to these shows and that the subtitles are exactly the same as the right holders? Sometimes but not often they even forget remove the watermarks. The subtitled videos are never uploaded before they are available on the official site. Subtitling is time consuming business without a business backing or community support like Viki.
Personally I like they viewing experience here, it’s probably my favorite site, better than the official sites who have a lot of regional restrictions.

Either taken from the original flick and translated or revised. Subs from the sites in question are uploaded there and used on these very sites If you don’t like this site and have nothing nice to say about it, then don’t say anything at all and either watch quietly or just leave, Without these sites people like us who can’t afford paying sites wouldn’t be able to enjoy these shows

My statement is just the general situation of these sites that feature kdramas. They don’t ask permission to use subs, they just take them. If you personally sub something and give permission for people take them that’s fine.
Just searching subscene for these dramas, you can see how many of them are copied from rights holders.
Of course, generally movies are not subbed by the sites I mentioned in my previous comment.

Was on a segmentation team for viki until they changed stuff and got cliques. Was on a subbing team there in 2009.

They was given a court order long ago but you change the url and set the site up in another country and server.
