I agree that it is nice to look at handsome guys but you made it sound as if losing weight made his body look better . He obviously didn’t lose weight aka fat only muscles because he had no weight to lose to begin with he was pure muscles . Both to much workout is bad and no work out is bad.Let’s support celebs in telling them they should just be healthy aka look healthy . It became insane how Magazines attack women as soon as they gain 2 pounds they call it pregnancy lol or body shame them what is insane they praise women who lose weight after a pregnancy and call them goddesses and put them under pressure . All I’m saying is that he had no fat to lose so let’s hope he stays healthy . we don’t need them thin , fit and healthy should be what we want from celebs

Thanks for understanding and yes it is about confidence but for celebs it is about their livelihood.Maybe I’m worried because Lee Joon Gi for sure keeps losing weight to get jobs he himself said the director told him to lose weight . who knows what 남궁민 has to go through. We need to support them and demand magazine etc to stop destroying them . We know now that many celebs suffer from depression because the pressure to be perfect is high esp. Korean idols worry as hell they keep saying I show you a better me next time , I will do better next time , expect alot from me . I hope one day they don’t need to worry .
