i’d believe that if this was an American show where you can get married and not care about your family disowning you. I feel like if the families put pressure or lay a guilt trip on them then it’s over.
these days kdramas are getting a lot more interesting you know? writers don’t just write clichés and stuff (even though there are still some who do ). I think the writer of this drama is a lot more creative than that
yeah this is very different b/c usually they’ll break up because of the family but i think it will be the opposite for this. i’m still waiting for the last episode to be subbed so i can find out for sure.
i don’t think they will break up. well not in the next few episodes anyways. They have shown their relationship growing, now its just time for the mum, the sister to find out. they will probably freak but i don’t that will cause them to break up. Unless he loses his job cause he refused to go to china for a few months but who knows.
i feel like the dad would be OK with it and maybe even the mom and brother eventually but not his sister. i know i wouldn’t want my best friend dating my brother if she wasn’t already married, we wouldn’t be able to talk the same way.
the dad already knows and he seems supportive already. the mum will have a lot to say but i see her changing her mind if marriage n babies gets brought up.
I feel like the sister will probably have an issue with it at the beginning but in the end she will accept it. I have a little brother and if he found someone who he loved and made him happy, I would be fine with if the situation was like theirs.
but you are the right, it won’t be the same, since the dynamics of the relationships wud be different. I do wonder if she will be more annoyed that their together or the fact that they kept their relationship a secret from her.

Ive wanted the eps to be subbed sooner but now with the story heading to conflict … i can wait more patiently now 😜
